I'm so glad you are here! Being a certified Trauma Recovery Coach has been one of the most amazing and fulfilling things to happen in my life! I struggled for years because of my own childhood and adulthood trauma, and was fortunate enough to be able to get help necessary to deal with the residual issues that were directly related to the abuse. I have struggled with addiction, complex PTSD, depression, sleepless nights, surviving suicide in my immediate family, codependency, toxic shame, intrusive thoughts and overwhelming anxiety. I understand how hard it can be to take that first step to living the life that you want and my belief is that while we all have what is needed inside of us to heal, we often need the caring guidance of someone who has been in our shoes. Together, we will walk your journey, garnering tools for daily life and coming to peace with the past. If you would be interested in exploring the effect that your trauma has had on you, and how to heal from it, I would love to talk with you. Get in touch today to see what we can do together!

I See you...
Developmental Trauma changes how we see ourselves, our relationships and how we view the world. In exploring the broken core beliefs that our abusers taught us, together we are able to shine light in the dark places to see a brighter future.
I Hear You...
When we have to opportunity to tell our story, the painful pieces that we express can be turned into healing and learning. When I listen to my clients and we can pick out the underlying feelings associated with shame, unworthiness and despair and then work on recovery goals to bust through those lies that we believe so deeply it is a profound and incredible experience.
The fact that I am also a survivor of multiple traumas, helps me to relate to you and care on a fundamental level. The core of who we are has been effected by trauma. When I first learned how the science supports that trauma causes damage in the brain, I felt so grateful that I wasn't alone. There are others who get it. Understanding and compassion, and an attitude of not 'why me' but 'what now' is what I base my practice on.
We can be empowered in how we respond to life events. You matter in your world, with your loved ones, in your life. Valuing yourself, learning self-compassion and care, dealing with issues as they happen with head held high, because YOU matter.
