Discovery Session
Discovery Sessions are a time when we get to meet virtually, and explore if we would work well together. It's not a coaching session, but rather an opportunity for us to get to know each other. Discovery Sessions are more structured than coaching sessions, in hopes of answering any questions you might have.

IFS Parts Work Coaching Package
May be combined with another package or utilized on it's own, the Working with Our Parts package is solely parts work!

This package is for clients specifically looking to target their shame, potentially having done their trauma work or have had events that caused shame, but perhaps not raised with consistent trauma.

Six Week Private Coaching Package
Private coaching in trauma, shame, codependency & addiction. This package includes all modalities that I offer, including parts work and shame healing.
1 hour weekly or biweekly at $195 for 6/12 weeks - $1170

Private coaching in trauma, shame, codependency & addiction. This package includes all modalities that I offer, including parts work and shame healing.

One to One Private Coaching or Consulting Rate- One Session - No Package
This option is geared towards coaches or therapists looking for a consult on shame and trauma, or a previous client with a current situation that they need help with.
